The person making the reservation must be present at the time of arrival. ● There is a smoking area within the restaurant. (In fully private rooms, only e-cigarettes may be smoked; regular cigarettes must be smoked in the designated smoking area.) ※ Should anyone smoke elsewhere in the restaurant, a cleaning fee will be charged. ● Situations where cancellation fees apply • No contact is received past 15 minutes after the reserved time (please call if you’re running late). • Changes in the number of guests after arrival (cancellation fees will apply for the difference in guest count). • Arriving while wearing excessive perfume or strongly scented products (we may deny entry at our discretion). ● There may be other situations where entry is denied at our discretion; in such cases, a same-day cancellation fee will apply. The same applies to incorrect date selections. Should a cancellation occur due to such an error, it will be treated as a no-show, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
