Located in Akasaka-Mitsuke, The Earth Table is a meat-focused Italian restaurant built around the concept of “Savor the Wild.”
At the heart of our menu is aged beef from Sakaeya in Shiga, a renowned butcher that carefully selects the chefs to whom its meat is entrusted. Each cut is slowly grilled over charcoal to bring out its full character.
We also serve Hokkaido Ezo venison, seasonal vegetables, and other ingredients that showcase the natural strength and flavor of each season. A meal that leaves you fully satisfied, yet feeling surprisingly light afterward—that is the experience we hope to offer.
