The Top Table at Temasek Culinary Academy (TCA) is a training restaurant operated by students from the Diploma in Culinary Arts & Management and the Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
This contemporary dining space offers set menus designed to give students hands-on experience in the finer aspects of restaurant service and cuisine.
Please note that The Top Table is a non-halal certified restaurant.
We are open for lunch from 19 May to 7 August 2026. We are closed on Mondays, Weekends & Public Holidays.
