Restaurant Guidelines • Business Hours: 12:00–20:00. Last order for dine-in: 19:00. Dining time limit: 90 minutes. • Weekday Minimum Charge: One beverage or one dessert per person. Weekend Minimum Charge: NT$350 per person. A 10% service charge applies to both. • Guests 6 years old and above are required to meet the minimum charge. • Outside food and pets are not permitted. Guide dogs are exempt. • Reservations will be held for 10 minutes only. Reservations will be considered forfeited after the 10-minute grace period. • To ensure a comfortable and pleasant dining experience for all guests, the restaurant reserves the right to arrange seating at its discretion. • Seating is limited. If you need to adjust the number of guests, please inform us in advance. Specific table requests and last-minute additions cannot be accommodated. • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. • All items are available in limited quantities. Advance ordering is highly recommended. • To maintain a pleasant dining environment for all guests, please refrain from excessive noise and the use of flash photography or any additional lighting equipment.
Deposit Policy • For reservations of 10 guests or more, a deposit of NT$100 per person is required. For afternoon tea set reservations, a deposit of NT$300 per set is required. Payment is made online by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please contact our Reservation Center at (07) 974-1218 to make a reservation. Bank transfer payments are available on business days only. • Cancellations or changes to the dining date made within 24 hours before the reservation will result in the full deposit being charged as a cancellation fee. • Cancellations or changes made 24–48 hours before the reservation will allow the deposit to be retained for three months and used toward a future reservation. • Cancellations or changes made 48–72 hours before the reservation are eligible for either a 50% refund of the deposit or the deposit may be retained for three months for use toward a future reservation. • Cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours before the reservation are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Parking Information • Shah Pâtisserie is located on the 1st floor of YUIMOM Residence, with an underground parking garage available for cars. The parking entrance is located on Yanji Street. • If you require parking, please provide your vehicle license plate number in advance to facilitate access and parking validation on the day of your visit.
Takeaway • All online orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. Takeaway Cancellation Policy • For cancellations made within 3 days before the pickup date, 50% of the order amount will be refunded. • For cancellations made on the pickup date, the full order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
