【 Program Overview 】
This exclusive journey offers a profound immersion into Japan’s culinary soul, from witnessing the morning’s procurement at Toyosu to a masterclass at ISA in Ginza. Experience the artistry of the shokunin and an exquisite sushi degustation for an unforgettable day of discovery.


【 Information from ISA 】
・We accept reservations from parties of 2 to 3 guests to ensure an intimate and premium experience.

・Reservations must be finalized at least three weeks prior to your desired date. ・If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your scheduled meeting time, we may treat the reservation as a cancellation.

・Inclusions: Round-trip transportation by private car (chauffeur), English-speaking specialist guide, full-course sushi degustation, and a personalized, custom-embroidered "Hakui" (chef’s coat) as a memento.

・Photography is strictly prohibited inside the Wholesale Fish Market at Toyosu. Photos are permitted only in designated areas and must be taken via mobile phone; professional cameras are not allowed.

・Beverages and any additional orders outside the set course are not included in the tour price.
