●Guests under 20 years of age are not permitted. ● TableCheck reservations must be made at least 6 hours before your desired visit time. ● We do not accept reservations by phone. Please visit us directly. ●The establishment is entirely non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area outside. If you prefer indoor smoking, please consider visiting our sister bar in Ebisu "Bar Tram".
●For groups of 11 or more, please inquire by email at least 3 days in advance. ●We may not be able to provide seating if your party exceeds the number specified in your reservation. ●We kindly request a minimum order of one drink per person. ●If 10 minutes have passed from your reservation time, we may cancel your reservation. We cannot answer phone calls during business hours. Cancellations will not be accepted via email or social media DMs. ●If you arrive earlier than your reserved time, please understand that we may not be able to prepare your seats until your scheduled reservation time. ●During busy periods, seating may be limited to a 2-hour time slot. ●Please ensure all members of your party are informed of these policies.
