Reservation Policy

❶ Reservation Confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving email.
• Walk-ins are welcome and seated based on availability.

❷ Arrival & Holding Time
• Please arrive on time.
• Tables are held for 15 minutes before being released to walk-ins.

❸ Changes & Cancellations
• Amendments or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours.

❹ Late Arrivals
• If you’re running late, please inform us. We will hold your table where possible, subject to availability.

❺Dining Duration
• Dining time is limited to 90 minutes.

❻ External Food & Cakes
• Cake for birthdays are allowed.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

❼ Special Occasions
• We can assist with simple celebrations. For customized setups, please enquire in advance.
