Punctuality: Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the original booking time. Cancellations & Amendments: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% fee. For groups of 4 or more, or for flower bouquet orders, a 72-hour notice is required. Dress Code: Smart Casual. Age Policy: Children aged 6 and above are welcome. Please note that Bvlgari Ginza Bar is restricted to guests aged 20 and above after 17:00.
