Punctuality: Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the original booking time. Cancellations & Amendments: • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. • For Bvlgari Ginza Café, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the menu price. For groups of five guests or more, a cancellation fee will be incurred starting three days prior to the reservation date. • For Bvlgari Ginza Bar and La Terrazza, a deposit of ¥3,400 per person is required for parties of 6 guests or more. In the event of a same-day cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. • For cake and bouquet orders, cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. • Please note that reservations may be released if guests arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Dress Code: Smart Casual. Age Policy: Children aged 6 and above are welcome. Please note that Bvlgari Ginza Bar is restricted to guests aged 20 and above after 17:00. Laptop Use: To ensure a refined and relaxing atmosphere, the use of laptops is discouraged within the premises. Guests are kindly asked to refrain from extended work or meetings.
