[Reservations & Bookings]
● There is a limit of 3–4 groups (up to about 10 people total) allowed in at a time.
Without a reservation, there may be a wait time of 1–2 hours, or you might not be able to enter if the venue is fully booked.
● How to reserve: Reservations are accepted online only; phone reservations are not available.
● Advance reservations up to the day before: Only 60-minute courses can be reserved in advance.
● 30-minute & 45-minute courses: Availability is announced irregularly. Slots become available only if there is availability at 11:00 on the same day.
(Depending on crowd levels, no same-day slots may be available.)
● Same-day bookings: Starting at 11:00 daily, slots become available both in-person and online. Same-day reservations close 15 minutes prior to each slot’s start time.

[For customers wishing to rent the entire venue]
● We offer private rentals for up to 10 people at “35,000 yen.”
(Additional fees apply for groups exceeding 10 people.)

[Children & age restrictions]
● Children aged 0–2: Admission is free, but they cannot interact with the animals
(※ Interaction with the capybara is permitted).
● Children aged 3 and older: They must pay the same admission fee as adults. Interaction with animals is allowed, but for safety reasons, if they fail to follow staff instructions, interaction must be discontinued (they may only observe).
● Children in elementary school or younger: They must be accompanied by a parent/guardian; solo visits are not permitted.

[Rules for entry & usage (important)]
● From 13:30–14:30, we are closed for a break and cannot accept visitors.
● Companions and guides must also pay an admission fee.
● No alcohol consumption allowed: Anyone who has consumed even one drink cannot enter. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
● Photography & filming: Live streaming is prohibited as it disturbs other guests. For other social media use, please ensure consideration for other guests and staff (e.g., by blurring faces).
● Food & drinks: Only bottled beverages are provided; no meals are served.
● Temporary closures: Depending on the animals’ health conditions on any given day, we may temporarily close the shop.

[Cancellation policy (late arrivals & cancellations)]
■ Late arrivals:
● If you’ll be late, please notify us in advance.
● Even if you manage to enter after contacting us, due to subsequent reservations, your session duration cannot be extended (your actual usage time will be shorter).
■ Cancellations & refunds:
● Same-day cancellations cannot be refunded.
