【Requests regarding reservations】

【First day reservations become available】
Reservations become available at 10:00 AM on August 7.

《 Reservation start time 》
Every day at 10:00 AM, reservation slots for two weeks ahead are opened, allowing reservations up to two weeks in advance.

After that, one day’s worth of slots becomes available each day at 10:00 AM.
(Example: At 10:00 AM on August 21, slots for September 4 become available.)

Reservations can be made up until 5:00 PM the day prior.
(If there are any changes to the reservation start time, we will announce them via Instagram and our website.)

【Even if the selected time slot is fully booked, there may still be availability if you choose a different time slot.】

● Each seating session is limited to 60 minutes per group.
● Please arrive at the reserved time. Once the reserved time has passed, extensions cannot be granted; please understand this in advance.
● If no contact is received even after 15 minutes past the reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel the reservation. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you’re running late.
● We cannot accommodate requests for specific seats, so please understand.
● We do not accept reservations for takeout. Customers wishing to order takeout must place their orders in person on the day of visit.
● If there are any errors in the phone number or email address provided during reservation, we may have to cancel the reservation. Please double-check these details.
● To make any changes to a reservation, it must first be canceled and then rebooked; please verify all reservation details carefully before booking.

※ Please cancel your reservation yourself by two days prior to the scheduled date. Should we notice repeated cancellations involving multiple dates, we may refuse future reservations; please note this in advance.
(In some cases, cancellation fees may apply; please be aware of this.)
