● We do not provide special plates for anniversaries or birthdays. If you wish to bring one in, please discuss it with us in advance.

● [For customers bringing dogs]
At Fermenco, we have a few guidelines to ensure that both dog owners and other guests can enjoy their time here. To create a pleasant environment for everyone, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know when making your reservation. Each group is limited to two small dogs carried in a carrier or bag. Medium- and large-sized dogs may only be brought to the terrace area.
The terrace may be unavailable due to weather or wind conditions on the day.
Please carry your dog while entering the restaurant. At your table, your dog should stay in its carrier/bag or on a cushion/blanket you bring along.
Please be mindful of other guests and staff when moving around.
We cannot be held responsible for any disputes or injuries between pets that occur inside the restaurant or on the terrace. Depending on circumstances, we may also refuse entry to guests bringing dogs. Please understand this in advance.
※ Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are welcome.
