[Requests for Customers Bringing Pets]

*Please make your reservation after agreeing to the following:

🔴When making a reservation, please enter "Pet accompanying, number of pets, and size" in the request field.

🔴Seating is limited to "some private tatami rooms."

🔴Please ensure your pet does not approach staff. (This prevents us from serving customers without pets.)

🔴Pets that are not well-trained or vaccinated, or that have a tendency to bite or are aggressive, will not be allowed entry.

🔴If your pet barks excessively or displays aggression, please stop them immediately.

🔴Please dispose of and take home your pet's waste. (For food hygiene reasons, we do not offer in-store processing.)
🔴We cannot accept any responsibility for medical expenses or compensation related to troubles or injuries caused by pets with other customers.
🔴If you do not follow our notices and requests, you may be asked to leave the premises.

*Please note that there are also customers without pets.
We ask for your consideration so that everyone can enjoy their time here.

●We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests. Also, on weekends, holidays, and busy days, seating is limited to 2 hours and 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.

●If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

●We provide a shuttle bus to and from Takaosanguchi Station (Keio Line). (We will contact you by email or phone regarding pick-up/drop-off times.)

●For reservations of 101 people or more, please contact the store directly.

●For group reservations, we can discuss pick-up/drop-off areas. Please inquire by phone.
