RESERVATION & DEPOSIT POLICY To ensure the best dining experience, Hum requires a deposit of VND 700,000 per guest for all reservations, including both individual and group bookings. Please kindly provide an accurate phone number and email address so that our team can contact you for confirmation and assist with the deposit payment process.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS When making a reservation, please inform us in detail about any allergies or dietary restrictions, including the specific ingredients you are allergic to and the severity of your allergies. We can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, and certain allergies with at least 3 hours' advance notice.
RUNNING LATE The Hum Signature experience lasts approximately two hours. Please consider the location and potential traffic conditions in Ho Chi Minh City when planning your arrival. We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes. If you expect to arrive late or need to cancel, kindly inform us by phone +84-898.868.229 at your earliest convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure an optimal dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
CHILDREN POLICY We welcome families with children from age 15 and above..
PARKING Due to our central location, parking availability may vary depending on the time. For your convenience, we recommend considering ride-hailing services instead of self-driving.
