1. Family Dining Families and children are warmly welcome at Roku Dining Room during lunch and from 5:00 PM onwards for dinner. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, children under 10 years old are kindly requested to depart the Dining Room by 6:30 PM.
2. Roku Star Bar – Adult-Only Area Roku Star Bar is exclusively for guests aged 18 years and above, allowing us to maintain a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere for all guests.
3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies Our Japanese cuisine may include raw or lightly prepared ingredients, including sashimi, raw fish, seafood, shellfish, and other ingredients that may not be suitable for all dietary preferences or requirements.
If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific dietary preferences, please inform our team at the time of reservation or prior to your arrival. We will be pleased to assist, recommend suitable dishes, and where possible, customize the menu according to your requirements.
As our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and allergens, unintended allergen cross-contact may occur during food preparation. Our culinary team will take appropriate care to accommodate your requirements and minimize this risk.
4. Smoking Area Roku Star Bar offers designated smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking is permitted only within the designated areas and is not permitted in non-smoking areas.
5. Pets & Animals For the comfort, hygiene, and safety of all guests, pets and animals are not permitted in either Roku Dining Room or Roku Star Bar, with the exception of legally recognized service animals where applicable.
6. Guest Conduct & Prohibited Items To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, the use or possession of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances is strictly not permitted within Roku Dining Room or Roku Star Bar. Guests are kindly requested to respect our team, other guests, and the venue’s guidelines at all times.
