1. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please notify us if you will be late.

3. We cannot accept requests for specific seats.
4. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may prioritize guests who are waiting.
5. Seating is limited to 90 minutes; last orders are taken 70 minutes after your reservation time.
6. During busy periods (Golden Week, summer), hotel guests will be given priority. Walk-in guests may be refused service or asked to change their dining time. Thank you for your understanding.
