**Drone and photo shooting policy**
Out of safety concerns for guests, employees, our local community, and concerns for individual privacy, KISIK Lounge & Seafood Restaurant prohibits the operation of drones, by the general public, media or journalists from within or outside AYANA hotel area without the prior written authorization from AYANA Hotel management.
The usage of professional photo equipment with tripods set up is also prohibited.
**Table Release Regulation**
For better experience, Table will be released if the guest not showing to the venue by 15 minutes from the reservation time.
**Weather**
For your comfort and safety, there may be limited seating during bad weather, and this could happen without prior notice. If it starts drizzling, raining heavily, or if there are strong winds, we will temporarily secure the area until we provide further notification.
