[Important Notes Regarding Reservations]
● Since seats must be reserved in advance, please be sure to include the number of children when selecting the total number of guests.
● Changes to the reservation time on the day of visit cannot be accommodated. Please arrive at the reserved time.
● Reservations for the day of your arrival in Niseko cannot be accepted.
(The area is prone to weather-related disruptions; public transportation may be affected or delayed. To prevent any issues in case of late arrival, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.)
● Seat preferences may not always be fulfilled. (For groups of 1–2 people, counter seating may be assigned.)
● If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. If you’re running late, please call us immediately. ※Replies to emails sent on the day of visit cannot be guaranteed.
● Currently, there is a severe shortage of taxis in the Niseko area. Please arrange transportation for both arrival and departure before making a reservation. (We do not arrange taxis for guests.)
● Seat adjustments after arrival cannot be accommodated. Please provide the exact number of guests during booking. Any changes in guest count must be made via the reservation page in advance.
● Please provide a phone number and email address where you can be reached on the day of visit.
● For reservations involving 21 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.

[Usage Guidelines]
● The maximum allowed stay at a table is 2 hours from the reserved time. Arriving late will reduce this duration, so please be punctual.
● Our restaurant operates under a one-drink-per-person policy. Each guest is required to order at least one drink.
● Bringing in outside drinks (wine, sake, soft drinks, etc.) is generally not permitted.
● Guests requesting pick-up or drop-off services must contact the restaurant directly in advance by phone.
