● This is the reservation form for Lemon Drop/Kichijoji takeout (store pickup).

● Please place your order at least 6 days in advance (5 full days before pickup).
(Example) If you’d like to pick up on August 10, please place your order by August 4.
● No changes can be made after making a reservation. Should you need to make any changes, please cancel the original reservation and place a new one.
● If you fail to arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance.
● For orders of 11 or more items, please contact us by phone to discuss.

[Pickup Information]
▷ After reserving, you will receive a confirmation email. Please have ready the reservation number and your name as stated in the email.
▷ If the person picking up the cake differs from the person who made the reservation, please inform them in advance and ask them to bring the email with them.
