1. When placing an order, please select your pickup time to help us coordinate our kitchen operations. 2. Your order is confirmed once you successfully submit it online and receive a confirmation notification. If you do not receive a confirmation email or message, please contact us directly. 3. Pickup Time: Please arrive at the store at your scheduled pickup time. To maintain food quality, we recommend picking up your order within 10 minutes before or after the selected time. If you are delayed, please call the store in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 4. To modify or cancel your order, please call the store at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Once preparation of the food has begun, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. 5. For online payments, refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to the payment platform’s procedures. 6. Special Notice: To ensure the freshness and quality of our food, once preparation has begun, items cannot be exchanged or refunded. During peak periods (e.g., weekend evenings, holidays), we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred pickup time.
