[About reservations]
◎ If we cannot reach you and you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may treat the booking as canceled. If you will be delayed, please be sure to contact us.
◎ Same-day reservations must be made by phone.
◎ For parties of 7 or more, please contact us directly.

[About seating]
◎ We operate with a small staff, so during busy periods (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, long holiday periods, etc.), we limit seating to 60 minutes from the reservation time. Thank you for your understanding.
◎ We cannot always accommodate specific seating requests.
◎ Children are very welcome. However, we do not provide child chairs, so please bring any necessary seating for your child.

[About meals]
◎ We do not accept meal orders in advance at the time of reservation. Please order after you arrive.

[Cancellation policy]
◎ We have had many cases of no-shows where guests could not be reached after the reservation time. As this inconveniences other guests, we now require pre-registration of a credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Same-day cancellations or reductions in party size:
→ ¥3,300 per person (tax included)
※ If you need to change your reservation, please notify us by the day before (if the day before is a regular closed day, contact us by two days prior).
