Booking Policy • Daybed pre-bookings receive free entry. • A 50% deposit is required to secure all daybed bookings. • Walk-ins are subject to an entry fee of IDR 100,000 per pax. • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable (bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice).
Pool Access & Extras • Towel Hire: IDR 50,000 (Outside towels are not permitted) • Free entry for non-pool users and Sports Bar guests
What to Know Before You Arrive • We hold bookings for 1-hour after your confirmed time. After that, your spot will be released. • No outside food, drinks, floaties, toys, towels, or apparel with beverage logos. • Kids are welcome but must be supervised at all times. • In the event of rain, backup tables are not guaranteed.
Cancellation policy • We kindly request that you provide at least a 1-hour notice if you need to make changes to your booking. Failing to do so will result in the full loss of your daybed prepayment.
