Please review our catering policies before placing your order:

・Group Sizes: Online reservations are available for groups of 6 to 20 people.
During the peak season (December 20 – January 2)(February 4 - 8), online bookings for catering services require a minimum of 10 adults.
For groups of 21 or more, please contact us by email.
・Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
・Payment: Full payment is required online at the time of booking.
・Changes to Guest Count: Please cancel your original reservation and submit a new one with the updated guest count.
(Note: If changes are needed within 10 days of the event, online rebooking will no longer be available; please contact us by email).
・Time Changes: Requests to change the start time can be sent via email.
Preparation & Delivery:
【Catering Service】 Our team will arrive at your accommodation 1 hour before your scheduled time for setup.
【Delivery Plan】 All orders are delivered at 5:30 PM.

・Cancellation Policy
Up to 7 days (169 hours or more) prior to the event: 100% refund.
7 days (168 hours) or less prior to the event: Non-refundable.

・Service Areas
Standard Areas: Niseko Town, Annupuri, and Hirafu.
Extended Areas: Hanazono and Rusutsu (an additional delivery fee of ¥5,000 applies, payable on the day of delivery).
