- Reservations -
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.
● For reservations of 6 or more guests or for private bookings, please contact the store directly.
● Regarding reservations and visits by children, we only accept those who can partake in the course menu. For details, please inquire directly.

- Visiting the Store -
Enter through the passageway next to Shinbo Guitar; you’ll see a gate there. The standalone house beyond the gate is our shop.

● Since the interior features tatami mats, please remove your shoes at the entrance. We appreciate your understanding.
● Guests may arrive starting 5 minutes before their scheduled time. Prior to that, the gate will be closed and entry won’t be permitted, so please keep this in mind.
● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Therefore, please be sure to inform us if you’re running late.
