[Regarding Reservations] Both breakfast and dinner require reservations. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
▶Even if you book a meal-inclusive accommodation plan, the regular price will be displayed on the reservation confirmation screen, but you will be required to pay the difference for the dinner-inclusive plan.
[Reservation Period] Breakfast: 2:00 PM 6 days prior to your stay to 5:00 PM the day before. Dinner: 2:00 PM 5 days prior to your stay to 5:00 PM on the day of your stay.
▶For guests wishing to make reservations for multiple nights, please make your reservations for the rest of your stay by phone, starting from the reservation start date (5 days prior to your first day of stay).
▶If your desired time is not displayed for your selected date, it means that you cannot make a reservation because it is "before the reservation start date," "sales have ended," or "it is a sales exclusion date." Also, reservations for "children's menus" only are not accepted.
▶Please note that we do not accept requests for birthday cakes, anniversary plates, kids' anniversaries, etc. via online reservations. Please call us by 3:00 PM two days prior to your reservation date. ▶We will ask you to show us your "Reservation Confirmation Email" screen upon your arrival.
▶If we do not receive contact from you more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may not be able to prepare your table.
▶For reservations of 6 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
