Hello! Thank you for your interest in dining at Encore.

Before securing your table, please take a quick look at the following information to help us prepare for your visit.

DOWN PAYMENT
• For reservations of 8 guests or more, a deposit of IDR 100,000 per person is required.
• Payment must be completed within 2 hours after the reservation form is submitted.
• Down payments are non-refundable and valid only for the reserved date.
• Reservations are only confirmed once the down payment has been received.

RESERVATION POLICY
• Kindly be aware of our 15-minute table hold policy for each reservation. Late arrivals without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the table will be released to other guests. We appreciate you letting us know in advance if there are any changes or cancellations.
• For groups of 16 guests or more, a food pre-order is required at least 24 hours before the reservation date.

HOUSE RULES
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, guests may bring a maximum of 2 bottles in total, subject to the following corkage fees:
➝ Wine: IDR 350,000 nett per bottle (max 750 ml)
➝ Spirits: IDR 700,000 nett per bottle (max 750 ml)
• Decorations are not permitted in the restaurant.
• Baby chairs are available upon request, subject to availability.
• Smoking is not permitted in the dining area.
