- Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements: + We ask that you let us know about any dietary restrictions and food allergies when making your reservation. + Every SÂM Herbal Bar's promotion will be applicable only once.
- Bring Your Own: + Consumption and bringing in of outside food and beverage is not allowed.
- Dress Code: + The bar is fully air-conditioned, and we do not have any dress code requirement.
- Reservation Reallocation: + SÂM will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival.
- Reservation Deposit: + SÂM requires a deposit of VND 100,000 each person for a single booking of 6 people or more. + The Deposit will be refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to your booking time, via email or call-in. + The deposit charge will be non-refundable if cancellation of a reservation is made within 48 hours of booking time.
