[Poplar Hall 2nd Floor] The “Satisfaction Guaranteed! All-You-Can-Eat & Drink Buffet Course” designed for groups can now be enjoyed by individuals as well, but only during a 6-day period from August 10 to 15, 2026. Online reservations are available for groups of 1 to 36 people. The available hours are from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ※ Entry after 19:00 is permitted, but usage time will be limited. ※ Dishes and beverages are self-service. ※ As this is a buffet-only hall, individual à la carte dishes cannot be ordered.
[Reservations for dates other than August 10–15, 2026] ● This form is for reservations at Poplar Hall 1st Floor only. ● For Poplar Hall 2nd Floor, lunch reservations require a minimum of 41 guests, while dinner reservations require a minimum of 31 guests. ● Online reservations are accepted only if seats are available under the following conditions:
[Group Size (1st floor)] Hall seating: 1–30 people Private rooms: To ensure clear pathways for the serving robot “Servi”, doors cannot be closed in these rooms. 1 room: 8–20 people (3,000 yen including tax) 2 rooms: 21–40 people (6,000 yen including tax) 3 rooms: 41–60 people (9,000 yen including tax) 4 rooms: 61–80 people (12,000 yen including tax) ※ A private room fee as indicated in parentheses applies when using private rooms. Please note that this fee is not reflected in the total amount shown upon reservation confirmation. ※ If reducing the number of guests results in fewer rooms being needed, we will adjust accordingly. Hall seating: 31+ people Reserved via Request Reservation Form. [Reservation Period] Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. ※ December 31 is a closed day. ※ From October 25, 2026, to January 31, 2027, the venue will be closed for renovations. [Deadline for Reservations] Hall seating: For reservations between 11:30–13:30 ⇒ by 9:00 on the same day For reservations between 17:00–20:00 ⇒ by 12:00 on the same day Private rooms: By 20:00 two days prior to the usage date [Important Notes] ● Menus and pricing for April 1, 2027, onward have not yet been determined. However, the current format of food and beverage service is expected to remain unchanged. ● If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time without notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled; please call if delayed. ● Normally, seating time is limited to a maximum of 2 hours; however, guests arriving after 19:15 will have a shorter usage period. ● Sapporo Beer Garden comprises multiple venues, each offering different menus; please pay attention when making reservations. ● Please indicate the maximum anticipated number of guests. ★ An additional private room fee applies when using private rooms. ★ Please ensure the number of applicants matches the selected quantity of dishes. ★ On the day of your visit, please head directly to the reserved venue.
