● Regarding Reservation Times
If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you will be late.

● Regarding Reservation Stores
We have seen a sharp increase in customers mistakenly going to our affiliated stores. "Shokudo Owan," "Koyori-ya Sonohen," "Shokudo Onai," and "Koya" are separate restaurants, located at "Shokudo Owan, Koyori-ya Sonohen, Koya (Hakata)" and "Shokudo Onai (Ropponmatsu)," respectively. This is the reservation page for "Shokudo Owan (Hakata)." Please be sure to double-check the name of the restaurant you are reserving when confirming your reservation.

●Regarding the number of people in a reservation
For reservations for 9 or more people, please contact the store directly.
