.Just like the name, our Western dining buffet restaurant MOZAIK is uniquely designed with a variety of elements from the East to the West. MOZAIK has an open kitchen, where guests can enjoy a variety of live dining counters. These include a pizza pasta station, a carving station, and an Asian noodle station.
Incorporating a variety of Hiroshima local ingredients with a twist of international flavors throughout buffet, there is something for everybody. If you have dietary needs, just ask, as we cater to all guests. MOZAIK also offers a Hilton breakfast buffet with many local items, a seasonally changing thematic dessert buffet, and a beverage menu featuring local beverages and ten wines by the glass.
