✅Seasonal Information Between December 1 and January 7, we operate on a reservation-only basis, and are unable to accept walk-in guests.
From January 8 through April 30, seat-only reservations are available, and guests may order from our à la carte menu. ¥5,000 deposit per person is required to confirm the reservation.
✅Dining Time Each reservation is for 2 hours from your booking time. Please note that the end time cannot be extended even if you arrive late.
✅Contact Details When making a reservation, please provide your phone number and email address, as well as contact information where we can reach you while you are in Niseko.
✅Allergies & Dietary Requests If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we are unable to cater to vegan diets.
✅Seating & Menu We’ll do our best to accommodate seating requests, but please note that we do not have private rooms and requests may not always be possible depending on availability. Also, our menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
✅We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, Alipay, PayPay, and more.
✅Due to seating and ingredient preparation, cancellations made 3 days prior to the day before incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee. This policy also applies to reductions in the number of guests. Changes made via web reservation require a new reservation to be made online. If you have any questions, please speak directly with restaurant staff.
