Pemberitahuan dari ORTO

Terima kasih telah mempertimbangkan pemesanan dengan kami. Kami sekarang dalam masa transisi hingga akhir Juni 2024. Kami ingin Anda membaca notifikasi sebelum mengunjungi kami.

1. Reservasi
- Kami meminta semua pelanggan untuk melakukan reservasi dan membayar terlebih dahulu. Reservasi dapat dilakukan maksimal 60 hari sebelum hingga pagi hari tanggal kunjungan Anda.
- Jika Anda memiliki alergi atau makanan yang tidak bisa Anda makan, harap beri tahu kami terlebih dahulu. Kami tidak dapat mengurusnya setelah kedatangan Anda pada hari itu.
- Jam buka; sampai 8 Juni akan menjadi tidak teratur karena transisi. Mulai 9 Juni, kami buka pukul 18:00 dan mulai pukul 18:30. Harap pastikan untuk tepat waktu untuk pemesanan. Jika Anda terlambat, kami menyajikan kursus dari tengah. Kami tidak akan menyajikan menu-menu yang Anda lewatkan.
- Kursus ini memakan waktu sekitar 3 jam untuk selesai.
- Kami tidak menerima pelanggan di bawah usia 7 tahun karena alasan keamanan; ada peralatan makan yang halus seperti gelas anggur.
- Jika Anda bersama anak-anak berusia 7 tahun ke atas, harap beri tahu kami jumlah dan usia mereka di bagian komentar. Harap diingat, kami menyajikan hidangan yang sama seperti orang dewasa; tidak ada menu anak-anak.

2. Pembatalan
- Jika Anda membatalkan meja pada hari pemesanan, akan dikenakan biaya pembatalan 100%. Kami hanya menerima pembatalan jika Anda menyelesaikannya di TableCheck sehari sebelumnya. Harap diingat, transaksi kartu kredit mungkin memakan waktu beberapa hari.
- Jika Anda ingin mengubah reservasi, harap batalkan lalu buat yang baru di TableCheck.

3. Di Restoran
- Jika memesan minuman tambahan, kami meminta untuk melakukan pembayaran di restoran.
- Kami tidak menerima pelanggan memakai parfum.
- Merokok tidak diperbolehkan di restoran.

4. Lainnya
- Untuk memesan seluruh restoran, silakan hubungi kami terlebih dahulu.
- Jika kelompok Anda terdiri dari 6 hingga 8 orang, kami dapat mengatur meja untuk makan siang. Silakan hubungi kami terlebih dahulu.
- Kursus kami ubah mulai 1 Juni 2024. Silakan lihat menu di bawah ini.
