*Reservation Rules*
● Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
A signboard is placed on the sidewalk in front of the store, so please line up there and wait.
● Customers wearing strong fragrances such as perfume will be refused entry. Please inform your companions as well.
● Children under 12 are not permitted to enter.

● When taking photos inside the store, please ensure that other customers, staff, or the kitchen are not captured.
● Please order one bowl of ramen per person in your reservation party. You may not order only rice dishes or side menu items. (If you wish to order two bowls of ramen per person, please make an additional reservation for the next time slot.)
● We do not accommodate vegetarian or gluten-free requests.
We use a wide variety of ingredients, so if you require strict allergy accommodations, please refrain from making a reservation. For special requests—such as disliked ingredients, large luggage, wheelchairs, or other inquiries—please contact us via DM on Instagram before booking. Requests entered in the reservation field cannot be processed.

*Payment is cash only
● Please prepare 1,000-yen bills to purchase your meal tickets at the vending machine.
※ We can exchange ¥10,000 and ¥5,000 bills—please ask a staff member.

*About Cancellations*
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation time, a cancellation fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged.
・If you arrive late for your reservation, it will be considered canceled and the same cancellation fee will apply.

*Reservation Start Date*
Reservations open at 12:00 PM (noon) three days before the desired date.
Example: Saturday reservations open at Wednesday 12:00 PM.

Permintaan

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
If you do not arrive by your reservation time, you will not be allowed to enter, so please be sure to inform your accompanying guests. (A cancellation fee will be charged.)
Please be sure to inform your companions that you are not allowed to enter the store wearing perfume or other strong scents.
Please be sure to inform your accompanying guests that your seat will be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes. (For example, if your reservation is for 12:00, your seating time will be from 11:50 AM to 12:20 PM.)
Once you have finished your meal, please offer your seat to a waiting customer.
