Notice from the Restaurant ●Online reservations are available from the following day onwards. For same-day dinner inquiries, please contact the restaurant directly via Instagram DM or phone.
●Only set courses are available. *If you have a small appetite, please let us know in the request field when selecting your course. We will adjust the portion size accordingly.
●We prepare the food and start the grill to coincide with your arrival time. Please arrive on time (please call if you anticipate arriving early). ●Traffic congestion may occur between 17:00 and 18:00. ●If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. *If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you even if you contact us. In that case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation due to customer circumstances (100% cancellation fee).
●For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly. (Instagram message or phone) ●One course per person is required.
●For customers aged 13 and over (junior high school students), please include them in the number of adults in your reservation. A children's menu is available for children aged 12 and under.
●Customers accompanied by children aged 12 and under are seated earlier in the evening [＊17:00～＊17:30～]. Please contact us via Instagram DM or phone if you have any questions.
●While we do not have small chairs, strollers are welcome. Please let us know so we can make space for you.
●Course meals take approximately 2 hours; we cannot accommodate rushed service.
Cancellation Policy ●A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 3 days prior to the reservation date, and 100% from 10 days prior to the reservation date for private bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
