Welcome to A CUT STEAKHOUSE at Ambassador Hotel Taipei.
Please read the following information before making a reservation.

【Business Hours】
Lunch: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Last order at 1:30 PM)
Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Last order at 8:30 PM)
※ If you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please inform our staff in advance when making a reservation.

【Private Dining Room Reservations】
1.Small Private Room (6 guests)
•Weekday Lunch: Minimum spend NT$20,000
•Weekday Dinner & Public Holidays: Minimum spend NT$30,000
2.Large Private Room (12 guests)
•Weekday Lunch: Minimum spend NT$35,000
•Weekday Dinner & Public Holidays: Minimum spend NT$60,000
※ If the number of guests exceeds the standard capacity, an additional charge applies:
NT$3,500 per person for lunch; NT$4,500 per person for dinner or public holidays.

【Deposit & Cancellation Policy】
1. Deposit: A deposit of $1,000 per person is required via credit card to secure your booking.
2. Payment Deadline: If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the reservation.
3.Refund Policy:
(1) Cancellations made at least 2 days prior: Please contact the restaurant directly to cancel. Do not cancel via SMS. Refunds are processed by our accounting department within 15 working days.
(2) Late Cancellations: For cancellations or date/time changes made within 2 days of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future bookings (except for force majeure such as natural disasters).
● Example: For a May 20 reservation, cancellations by May 18 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations on or after May 19 will forfeit the deposit.

【Reservation Notes】
※ Reservations will be held for 10 minutes only. Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
※ To respect other guests and prevent food waste, please notify us at least 2 days in advance for cancellations or changes. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations.
※ To maintain the quality of ingredients and service, the restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the menu.

【Dining Guidelines】
※ Smart casual attire is required.
•Gentlemen: Sleeved shirts and long pants. Slippers and sandals are not permitted.
•Ladies: Elegant attire. Slippers and sandals are not permitted.
※To maintain a pleasant dining environment, we welcome guests aged 12 and above only. Thank you for your understanding.
※ Minimum order: One main course per guest.
※ Corkage fees:
•Wine: NT$2,000 per bottle
•Spirits: NT$3,000 per bottle
※ Dining expenses over NT$1,000 entitle guests to one hour of complimentary parking per car, up to a maximum of three hours.
