Thank you for choosing Unagi to Kama Meshi Kyu among all the other restaurants.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy their meal at leisure, we’d like to provide some information regarding reservations.
● Available reservation times 10:30 / 11:00 / 14:30–17:30
From 11:30 to 14:00 is a busy lunchtime period, so online reservations are not accepted during this time. Guests wishing to dine during these hours are welcome to come in person.
● Seating preferences If you have any seating preferences, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. However, due to restaurant conditions, we may not always be able to fulfill your requests, so please understand.
● Arrival time We look forward to welcoming you. If you’re running late, please give us a call. If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your reserved time, we may be unable to keep your seat reserved.
● For groups of 9 or more As we need to prepare seating and dishes accordingly, please feel free to contact us by phone to discuss your needs.
● For guests driving to the restaurant Please use one of the nearby paid parking lots.
