【Regarding the Use of the Tea Room】 • Our tea room is available for private use by one group at a time. • It is a private room with only 4 counter seats (for 1-4 people). • Each session is 80 minutes long. • Please pay the usage fee at the store on the day of your visit. • We regret that we cannot accommodate preschool-aged children. • We do not offer vegan options.
【Regarding Cancellations, Changes, and Arrival Times】 • Please cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. • In case of a no-show on the day of your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. • Please contact the store if you need to change or cancel your reservation. • If you are late for your reservation, your usage time may be shortened. • If we do not receive contact from you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be considered cancelled.
