●Guests under 20 years of age are not permitted. ● Reservations via TableCheck must be made at least 6 hours before your desired visit time. ● If your desired visit time is within 6 hours, we only accept reservations by phone. ● For phone reservations, please contact us within 30 minutes of your reserved time. Example: If you wish to reserve a table at 22:00, please call us between 21:30 and 21:59. ●The establishment is entirely non-smoking. There is a shared smoking area on the balcony. If you prefer to smoke at your seat, please consider visiting our sister bar "Bar Tram" also located in Ebisu.
●For groups of 13 or more, please inquire by email at least 7 days in advance. ●We may not be able to provide seating if your party exceeds the number specified in your reservation. ●We kindly request a minimum order of one drink per person. ●If we cannot reach you 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may consider your reservation cancelled. If you are running late, please be sure to contact us by phone. (we cannot accept notifications via email or social media DMs). ●If you arrive earlier than your reserved time, please understand that we may not be able to prepare your seats until your scheduled reservation time. ●Please ensure all members of your party are informed of these policies.
