Reservations can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Bvlgari Ginza Café
Cancellations or changes in party size on the day of reservation will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the menu price. For groups of 5 or more, a cancellation fee applies starting 3 days prior to the date of use.
Children aged 6 and above are welcome.

Bvlgari Ginza Bar and La Terrazza
For reservations of 6 or more guests, a deposit of 3,400 yen per person is required. Cancellations on the day of reservation will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit.
Entry is restricted to guests aged 20 and above.
・Regarding laptop use: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, the use of laptops is not permitted. We kindly ask guests not to use them for prolonged work or meetings.
