Our chef, drawing on her Vietnamese roots and extensive background in French cuisine, crafts a refined course featuring local produce from the Seto Inland Sea (Setouchi) alongside exceptional seasonal and rare ingredients.
For your welcome drink, please choose between Champagne or a signature mocktail. To conclude your meal, we serve a rare, premium Vietnamese Arabica coffee.
