Since the restaurant first opened, the Kamameshi has been carefully cooked one pot at a time after an order is placed, allowing you to enjoy the fragrant golden brown crust at the bottom of the pot. You can enjoy Kamameshi with each season, such as shirasu Kamameshi in spring, chestnut Kamameshi and matsutake Kamameshi in autumn, and oyster Kamameshi in winter.
