Our mission is to bring joy through delicious beef.

The aged beef steak that every guest at Matasaburo enjoys is carefully selected by the owner, who personally visits farms and chooses cattle raised by farmers he deeply respects. The beef is then further refined and aged in-house. Please savor the flavor of Japanese Wagyu blessed by the gift of time through aging.
