Seibu Prince Global Rewards Member [Chasou] Japanese-style afternoon tea “Autumn Harvest” at Chasou

A heartwarming hospitality presented in a dish adorned with the flavors of autumn.

Architect Fujigo Murano made significant contributions to modern Japanese architecture. This autumnal Japanese-style afternoon tea is served at “Saryō,” a sukiya-style teahouse that is one of his final works. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients have been used to bring out the rich flavors and aromas of autumn.

The bounty of autumn is beautifully presented on one plate—sweet potatoes, pumpkins, persimmons, Tanba chestnuts, and other seasonal delicacies. Indulge in this elegant Japanese afternoon tea while enveloped in the tranquility of Kyoto.
