We will serve one Matsuba crab (selected brand crab, 700–800 g) per person, plus 10 pieces of sushi. The crab will be offered in a variety of preparations, including sashimi (marinated in Shaoxing wine or served with ponzu), shabu-shabu, butter-grilled, crab sushi, and crab-miso shabu-shabu. This course is recommended for guests who want to enjoy both crab and sushi.

VIP Exclusive: "One whole top-grade Matsuba crab (min. 1.2 kg) per person" and Aged Sushi Course — ¥120,000 (tax included)
We use crab reserved exclusively for VIPs. Each guest will be served one extra-large, premium Matsuba crab (at least 1.2 kg) and 10 pieces of sushi. The crab will be presented in a variety of preparations, including sashimi (Shaoxing wine–marinated and ponzu), shabu‑shabu, grilled crab, crab sushi, and kani‑miso shabu‑shabu. This course is recommended for guests who want to enjoy some of Japan’s finest crab and sushi.
