If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- From 11:00 AM on the day before: 30%
- From 11:00 AM on the day of use until the reservation time: 80%
- After the reservation time on the day of use: 100%
- From 11:00 AM on the day of use until the reservation time: 80%
- After the reservation time on the day of use: 100%
*If there are cancellation policies for each plan, such as for Christmas and New Year's holidays, those policies will take precedence.
