【Reservation Information】
◉ Shinyeh Japanese Cuisine –Saizen RakuTei accepts reservations up to two months in advance. Reservations can be made online or by phone.
◉ For group reservations of 9 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
◉ Reservations will be held for 10 minutes only. Please arrive on time or preferably 10 minutes before your reservation time for check-in. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.
◉ Saizen RakuTei offers a relaxed dining experience with flexible dining hours. To avoid longer waiting times upon arrival, we recommend choosing a reservation time slightly after the beginning of each meal period.
◉ For your health and safety, please inform our staff in advance of any food allergies when making your reservation. We will do our best to help you avoid ingredients or items that may cause an allergic reaction. Your safety and comfort are very important to us, and we will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

【Dining Hours】
• Lunch: 11:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Dinner: 5:30 PM–9:30 PM
【Prices】
• Weekday Lunch: NT$1,180
• Weekday Dinner: NT$1,380
• Weekend & Public Holiday Lunch/Dinner: NT$1,580
A 10% service charge will be added to all prices.
◆ Reservation Deposit Policy ◆
Starting October 1, 2026, Saizen RakuTei will implement a reservation deposit policy.
◉ A deposit of NT$500 per guest is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, or JCB.
Please complete the deposit payment within the specified time. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the reservation will not be confirmed.
The deposit will be applied toward your final dining bill.
◉ If the reservation is cancelled at least 5 days before the dining date, the deposit will be fully refunded to the original credit card.
For cancellations or changes made within 5 days of the dining date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Example:
For a reservation on January 6, cancellations made on or before January 1 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made on or after January 2 are non-refundable.
◉ Group reservations are handled separately and are not subject to the above cancellation policy. Please contact the restaurant directly for group reservation arrangements and details.
【Age-Friendly Offers】
Please present valid identification when dining.
◉ Children:
• 100 cm or under: No meal charge; NT$150 cleaning fee applies
• 101–130 cm: 50% of the adult price
• 131 cm or taller: Full adult price
◉ Senior Guests:
Guests aged 60 or above receive a 5% discount on the adult meal price.
※ A 10% service charge applies after discounts and is not eligible for further discount.
