This page will be the reservation site for "Visitor Plan" or "VIP Sofa Seat".

This year, we have prepared a "Visitor Plan". It is the best plan for those who want to enjoy the pool on a day trip. Please enjoy the resort pool. As with the accommodation plan, it is a three-part system per day. Free parking for up to 5 hours.
*After September 11, the exhibition will be held in one session from 10:00 to 16:00 (last admission at 15:00).

■ Cancellation policy
・ No cancellation fee if you contact us by the day before
・ 50% of the plan fee if you contact us on the day
・ 100% of the plan fee in case of cancellation without contact

■ Children's fees
Customers aged 6 and older will be charged the regular rate. Free admission for children aged 5 and under who do not need a deck chair. Even children aged 5 and under will be charged the regular fee even if they need a deck chair.

■ OPENING PERIOD
July 15th (Sat) -September 24th (Sun), 2023
* Business may be closed due to stormy weather.

■ BUSINESS HOURS ( 7/15 ～ 9/10 )
Day Time Pool / 1st time 8:00 to 12:00 (final entry: 11:00)
Day Time Pool / 2nd time 12:30 to 17:00 (final entry: 16:00)
Night Time Pool 18:00 to 21:00 (final entry: 20:00)
* The night pool period is from Saturday, July 29th to Sunday, August 27th.

■ BUSINESS HOURS ( 9/11 ～ 9/24 )
Day Time Pool / 10:00 to 16:00 (final entry: 15:00)
* The outside pool will be closed on Sunday, September 17th and Monday, September 18th for a private function.

■ ABOUT CHARTER'S VIP SOFA SEATS
* VIP sofa seat reservations will be treated as an upgrade from the deck chairs.
* The night pool is only available with premium round sofa seats. VIP sofa seats are not available.
