Enjoy the enduring pleasure of Hugo’s, one of the most reputable restaurants in town. Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is where classic meets timeless.

Decorated with a suit of armour, ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant has an array of traditional serving apparatus, including Christofle hors d’oeuvres and dessert trolleys, all presenting a unique and classic European atmosphere.

Guests may delight in the tableside preparation of classic European recipes, while a range of seasonal specialties with a modern touch is available from the show kitchen's open grill. A 12-seat dining room is also available for private gatherings.

Make a toast, say cheers and enjoy timeless moments amid intimate seating, complemented by views of Kowloon through the restaurant’s iron trellis.

Deposit is required for Hugo's Weekend Brunch. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Please note that prepayment will be charged from your credit card once payments are received and are non-refundable.
