[4] Delivery Time ① Please specify the delivery time of the cake based on the time you will be in your room. (Please note that we do not accept deliveries before check-in or when you are out.) We also accept delivery of flowers and fruits before your arrival. ② Please note that the delivery time may be slightly later than the specified time depending on the situation on the day. [5] Cancellation Fee ① The cancellation fee for cakes and fruits is as follows. └ On the day of reservation: 100% of the reservation fee ② The cancellation fee for flowers is as follows. └ One week before to the day of reservation: 100% of the reservation fee (For flowers with no specified content or color, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged only if the cancellation is made on the day of the reservation) [6] About cakes and fruits Please consume the cake on the day of the reservation.
