About FastPass Handling Fees
As part of the FastPass launch campaign and trial usage, FastPass can be purchased in advance with no handling fee until the end of June.
However, handling fees will apply on May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21, June 23, and June 28.

What is FastPass?
By specifying your visit time in advance, you can skip to the front of the line at that time!
Same-day purchases are also possible!
*Please note that this is not a reservation for a seat. During busy times or depending on the stay duration of guests dining before you, a short wait may occur.

Reservation Rules
● Up to 4 people can be accommodated per purchase.
● If you have children under the age of 12, please input the number of children.
● FastPass slots are open up to one month in advance.
● Each person is kindly requested to order one noodle dish.
*For children, sharing a meal is perfectly acceptable.
● The specified time is only a guideline.
● If you arrive late for your specified time, we may not be able to prioritize your seating.
● Please visit the store with your entire group present, not just the representative.

Changing FastPass Date/Time or Number of People
Changes to the number of people or date/time after purchase cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please be sure to confirm before finalizing your purchase.
If there is any change in date/time or number of people, we regret to inform you that you must cancel and repurchase.
In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

If you have purchased a FastPass, please open the store door and tell the staff your full name and the time you wish to come.
If you are purchasing on the day, please tell the staff the same.
If you have purchased a FastPass, please do not take a numbered ticket.
Please pay for your meal on the day of your visit in addition to the FastPass fee of 390 yen per person.
*Please note that we cannot offer refunds after you purchase a FastPass.
